Career progression from First Engineer to Software Engineering Manager at Blueface, witnessing the company's transformation from Irish startup to European UCaaS leader, culminating in acquisition by Comcast. As Software Engineering Manager (Mar 2022 - Jun 2024), led cross-functional teams developing enterprise-scale digital platforms including Phone Desktop App and Webex Portal, drove platform transformation with microservices, React, and Next.js, and advised leadership on digital strategy and product roadmap. As Lead Frontend Engineer (Dec 2020 - Mar 2022), managed development teams delivering high-quality UCaaS products using Agile methods, championed cross-department collaboration, and mentored engineers fostering innovation and technical excellence.
